Thanksgiving has been my favourite holiday for the last 10 years I think, basically ever since I realized how much I love meals with tons of different foods. Since it typically ends up being a potluck style meal you get so much variety and everything is so focused on the harvest, which also appeals to me and my locavore obsession! And hey, you might as well celebrate in Australia, most everyone has something to give thanks about 🙂
