Thank you for the lovely compliments! And yes, do try them. I was just at the grocery store figuring out the value added of doing it at home and basically the cost of one package of sprouts is what I paid for enough seeds to make about 10 or more batches, so it very much is worth it from that perspective, not to mention the added benefit of being absurdly fresh when you eat them! I’ve started a rotation of always having one batch ready to eat in the fridge and another on the way on the kitchen counter. The key is keeping a rhythm to it.

Amazing. Such a fantastic way to show off the little wonders that are alfalfa sprouts! I’ve had very little luck with my garden over the past few weeks. Summer has just been way too hot, my poor little herbs and kale shoots are in the process of wilting on the balcony! Maybe I should try some alfalfa, just to satisfy myself that I can grow something! Great post.
