It’s good you have organic honey though, it’s just nice having some option for a local natural sweetener.

Maple trees don’t really exist over here in Australia so the idea of homemade maple syrup or collecting sap is pretty idyllic! I buy imported Canadian maple syrup regularly but it’s way too expensive to use in everything. Sad face, as I love the flavour! At the moment I’m mostly using honey which is readily available in organic quantities at local markets 🙂 Looks like you guys had fun. So happy that you’re finally getting some sunshine!
