Hey Nick,

It turned out awesome! The flavour was similar to an Innis and Gunn but a bit heavier. Similar aroma. Very malty, with lots of typical scotch ale character. I should have done an official “tasting” of it but never did. The beer hit its peak around 3 months after bottling. I also over-carbonated it so I would use less priming sugar next time. I definitely recommend it, I used wYeast’s scotch ale yeast and was very happy with it.

I want to do a wee heavy and have been contemplating on making your sappy beer when sap starts to run.
