And I’m finding this year particularly difficult. I spotted a few tulips popping in a neighbour’s garden, but they appear not to have survived today’s cold snap. Ugh. It must definitely keep your meals vibrant all Winter long. I find myself in limbo as well, craving a few more winter meals like stews before the weather changes and inching for fresh spring produce to start appearing at the markets.
