My family has been
meal planning<\/a> ever since we had our first child almost five years ago.\u00a0 We realized that life would be much easier if we knew what we were going to make for dinner when we got home from work.<\/p>\n
Meal planning has also helped us to eat almost entirely local and seasonal foods because we plan the meals around what is available locally.\u00a0 Sometimes we have to alter our plans once we get to the farmers\u2019 market, but for the most part the plan we make usually lines up with what we can expect to find at the market.<\/p>\n
