100 Mile Monday – Interview at Homegrown.org
Well, in lieu of posting a new 100 Mile recipe today I had a great conversation with Jennifer from HOMEGROWN.org .  You can check out the chat we had here  (it reads from the bottom-up because it is a “comments interview.”  In the meantime, I’ll be posting a new recipe in the next day or two so stay tuned.

Wow, you have already been discovered up in Canada! That is great! I KNEW you were going to mention beets. I was impressed with the rich color of the Beets. Gnocchi. Ever. picture. Hope the boys enjoy the Homemade Lamburger Helper tonight.

Enjoyed reading your interview! Homegrown is such a great site. My husband brews, I mentioned to him about the beets. Interesting. We should have some coming on in June.

Yeah, well, I haven’t actually tried the beet brew yet, it’s still bottle-conditioning, so I’ll let you know how it turns out! I’m a little worried because it’s pretty random… but that’s the fun of homebrewing! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
