Planning to Eat Locally – Guest Post for Local Dish

This week I wrote a post for Foodlink , Waterloo Region, in their Local Dish .  Foodlink as a really cool local non-profit organization that works to promote local food in the Waterloo Region.  They work hard to link local producers to consumers.  One example of how they do this is with their Buy Local! Buy Fresh!  map that shows tons of great places to buy high-quality local foods.
