The Most Local Food (Update)

I planted my seeds on March 13.  By the weekend some of the lettuce had sprouted and now pretty much everything has sprouted.  I’m just waiting on the peppers.

The plants in the row to the left are a type of romaine lettuce that I will have to partially reseed, I’m not sure why they didn’t do as well as the others.

The grow lamp is suspended from my bike stand. Hopefully I won’t have any urgent work to do on my bike soon! The seeds get light from the South-facing window and from the grow lamp which is on for about 12 hours a day.
