Locavore Menu Plan for Ontario Winter

Madame had much more energy than I did on Friday night.  I fell asleep with my clothes on at about 8:30 and woke up when she came to bed a couple hours later, having made meal plans for the week!  I was very grateful.  She got almost all the recipes from a cookbook our neighbor had given us, called 30-Minute Vegetarian Meals.  I can’t review it yet because we haven’t made any of the dishes yet but it’s rare to look through a cookbook and find enough recipes that you want to make to fill a week, so hopefully that means it’s a good one!
